Participation Guidelines

To ensure a fun and fair experience for all members, please adhere to the following rules when participating in the Online Photo Club. Each submission must be your original work, and by submitting, you agree to allow the club to showcase your photo on our website and in future promotions. Plagiarized or AI-generated content is not permitted and will be removed immediately.

Submissions must be appropriate for all audiences. Images that contain offensive, violent, or explicit content will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any photo that does not align with our community standards. Remember, this is a place for inspiration and positivity!

File Requirements

Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Photos should be under 1MB in size to ensure fast loading times and reliable display. Please do not submit images larger than 1920x1080 pixels unless required for a specific category.

All submissions should include a title and a brief description (1–2 sentences) to provide context. Each photo must fit the theme of the active category or contest. Submissions without proper formatting or that do not meet category requirements may be disqualified.
